Reporting into the Facilities Manager.
This role is responsible for being the first point of contact within the company, manging the front desk activities, assisting the runner team and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Manage the reception environment, ensure posters are updated, the reception area tidy and stocked with tissues, magazines, flowers, tea and coffee facilities
Answering and forwarding phones
Sorting and distributing post
Issuing passes and guest passes
Cover for office manager when they are sick/on leave
