The successful candidate will be responsible for directing activities related to maintaining, modifying and improving the physical building infrastructure and its use and supporting the organization by supervising building related activities.


Key Responsibilities

Real Estate: Participate in site selections (UK), relocation costing, site decommissioning, close and handover. Manage the approval process of rent, business rates, service charge and insurances invoices.

Facilities Management: Manage all facilities services, suppliers and facilities personnel across all Technicolor BU’s and entities across the UK as assigned, as well as occasional international projects. Deliver facility/building services to a high standard, within the budget set and in accordance with organizational deadlines.

Health and Safety: Manage all health and safety activities for each Technicolor facility across the UK as assigned, including complying with H&S legislation, undertaking audits with external H&S organizations, raising awareness for H&S and updating/training employees on H&S initiatives.

Security: Coordinate physical security for each Technicolor facility across the UK as assigned, including security guards, alarms, security access system, breaches and industry audits. Cooperate and liaise with Corporate Security, Digital Security & IT Security.



  • At least, 5 years facility management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Accountability: Offers ideas for improvement to promote the goals of Technicolor, persists to overcome obstacles, reacts to short-term opportunities or challenges and acts quickly and decisively in a crisis with a sense of urgency
  • Results Orientation: Sets performance standards, priorities and measurable results, manages risks and generates solutions, achieves goals within assigned deadlines and budget, takes corrective action to overcome issues and achieve results
  • Influencing: Uses direct persuasion techniques e.g. logical rationale, data, examples and indirect influence through the use of experts or third parties to influence others and builds broad based support for ideas, initiatives, and directives to gain collaboration for the agenda
  • Strategic Planning: Develops short- and long-term plans that are comprehensive, realistic and effective in achieving strategic goals and meeting organisational deadlines. Identifies key success factors, targets and metrics, monitors the quality of the work output and recommends improvements
  • Organizational Awareness: Understands long-term Technicolor’s relationships to external groups or organizations, identifies cross-divisional, cross-functional and cross-regional opportunities before establishing a project or problem-solving initiative to increase collaboration and integration
