Overview

Technicolor's Client and Customer Services Team are looking for a Business Account Controller to join operations at our Distribution site in Rugby, Warwickshire. 

This is an office-based role and the successful candidate will be the point of escalation for the team and assist with integration and cross-training of the EA, Warner and IRH teams.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Account Manager, the Business Account Controller's main responsibilities will be to manage the following on a day to day basis:

 

  • To lead the IRH, Warner and EA Client And Customer Services team from a supervisory perspective.
  • Team's point of escalation on daily operational matters
  • Daily / weekly workload planning for the teams based upon the agreed Client requirements
  • Work with the Business Account Manager to support them on developing agreed Client requirements
  • Be a Client / Technicolor trouble shooter

Qualifications

 

  • ​Strong, evidenced relational & client management skills 
  • Either supervisory experience or capability and willingness to undertake training/development in this area.
  • Works with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong numeric skills
  • Competent in Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint.
  • AS/400 experience
  • Calm and able to think rationally under pressure
  • Team player
  • Able to think creatively and pro-actively solve problems
