An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior DI Producer to join Technicolor Feature’s team in Soho!

With over 100 years of heritage and experience, we have worked on everything from big-budget blockbusters to cutting edge broadcast dramas and much more.


  • Project Management: In Theatrical DI, project manage and proactively drive and motivate a team of artists in day to day operations. Develop a full overview of the entire Feature pipeline, understanding these areas and utilising specialist team members to execute the work required. Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, co-ordinate workflow solutions and generate effective but flexible schedules


  • Pipeline: Collaborate with our workflow leads to develop a working knowledge of all imaging processes and help feed into the ongoing design of our automated pipeline.


  • Teamwork: Contribute to an effective Project Management Team that is fully integrated and highly collaborative with Artists, Operations and Technology Services and who understand and provide Studio Level Post services.


  • Client Relations: Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process, winning repeat business and taking part in any resolution of issues. Set expectations for and actively drive exemplary Client Experience throughout the building and the business.


  • Business Activities: Contribute to the quoting process whilst being accountable for project profitability through timely billing activities and full resource utilisation. Articulate, document and maintain processes and procedures aligned to workflow and business process along with the occasional business / project plans aligned to Business strategies.


  • Hours of Work: Given the involvement with US Studios, availability to work across evenings as and when required.


  • Substantial experience working in a Post Production environment, detailed knowledge of DI, Post, Mastering and Deliveries, preferably 3-4 years +
  • A track record as a Senior Post Producer / Project Manager on Studio Level Features
  • Deep knowledge / experience of Feature Film Post Production processes and Studio Deliveries such that a ‘hands on’ approach is possible
  • Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels. This includes excellent client handling skills, established relationships along with experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.
  • In general, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work on own initiative and proactively handle day-to-day Client Services issues, escalating and resolving these where appropriate
