    We are a fast-growing created team of visual effects artists and producers working to deliver high end VFX for television dramas and independent feature films.

    Our team was brought into the Technicolor fold by our Head of VFX, Gary Brown, the owner and founder of Munky, an Emmy nominated boutique Soho based VFX company which had 12 successful years of creating VFX for commercials, television drama and film. The former Munky team have worked on a wide range of television dramas and serials including Indian Summers (C4), Grantchester (ITV), And Then There Were None (BBC), Stonemouth (BBC), The Enfield Haunting (Sky) and Partners In Crime (BBC). Recent films include Brooklyn, Testament of Youth and Life On The Road.




    Technicolor’s London is based in Lexington Street in the heart of Soho and we offer a range of post-production services from dailies through to grading, online and audio on feature films and television drama series.

    Recent broadcast credits include Victoria, Poldark and Black Mirror. Recent films include Fantastic Beasts, 45 Years and Steve Jobs.




    We are looking for someone who can work as a lead artist supervising our team of Nuke Artists and to work on set as a supervisor

    The Senior Nuke artists will take on the most complex shots on projects and will be able self-check their own work to  a very high standard. They will also quality control (QC) the work of the junior and mid level Nuke artists they supervise. The Senior Nuke artist will also feedback any issues that arise on a shot or sequence back to the production team and then help solve any problems

    You would be an absolute superstar if you possessed the following skills and experience

    • Expert level knowledge of Nuke – with 6 + years industry experience – preferably on high-end TV drama and/or feature films
    • Experience of chroma key extraction and flawless integration CGI assets into live action footage
    • Ability to take part in and if necessary lead client reviews
    • Developing and refining workflows
    • A creative approach to compositing and ability to solve problems
    • Ability to consistently deliver excellent results whilst working independently


    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Previous experience working with Linux
    • An understanding of the whole film and broadcast pipeline
    • An education or interest in real world lighting and photography
    • Valid current UK and/or EU working visa
    • Available to start from February 2018
